Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy is based on Cyprus and EU consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which applies to online purchases.


1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return most products within 14 days from the date you received your order (“cooling-off period”), without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice).

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are non-returnable, unless defective:

  • Customized or personalized items

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at stokoutee@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Important: Items must be sent back within 14 days after your return request has been approved.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the product was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.


5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at stokoutee@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  3. If a defect or non-conformity is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within one (1) hour from the time the order is placed. To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at stokoutee@gmail.com and provide your order number.

After the one-hour cancellation window has expired, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
